Sophie founded Baguette UX in 2012 after a first early career sales and marketing, then, following a pivot from digital marketing to UX, a second career as an information architect and user experience designer, working at the most celebrated creative agencies on a prestigious roster of brands. She had a vision of supporting organisations and teams with the best UX design practices, the latest know-how and a rich cross-sector experience. Over the last decade, she first added product management to her her extensive user experience design expertise, then a coaching practice, building a robust and wide-ranging set of skills and expertise in order to offer valuable product ownership and product management consultancy. Today, Sophie helps her clients build the right product the best way, figure out what success should look like and how to measure it, and continuously manage for success. Tim heads the product design part of our practice, and joined in early 2023 to provide our clients with his extensive expertise in managing all parts of their product and service lifecycle through fusing data and design, particularly in the fields of Digital Healthcare and Healthcare Management and Transformation. He further adds to our already robust consultancy capability by bringing in a wide ranging blend of management consultancy experience and in-house product management practice. Laura is a fully qualified bookkeeper who’s interested in developing more skills like marketing and sales, so she joined us to help with both back and front office. She spent several years living in a community in Honduras and helping with her accounting skills and this traveller’s patience and curiosity is exactly what we love.

Antje joined us in 2021 to advise on business development and growth. She is an experienced business owner, and brings extensive operational savviness. She is also a cross-border business expert, advising many of her clients on conducting business with Germany in particular and the EU in general. She often joins client meetings to support us with project and account management tasks and is superb at keeping things on rails.
